Absolutely true, but impossible Smiley  they will not reach a common decision, because nations have absolutely different attitudes and approaches as to cryptocurrency. So those countries which will allow crypto are going to make their economy stronger due to taxes.  At the same time there will be more money.  And if it is more,  it will be cheaper.

I honestly hope their isn't TOO much regulation as that seems contradictory to what many currencies are trying to do. I highly doubt governments would be keep on all the anonymous coins out there, for instance.

every country has regulation Japan Legalize crypto while China Ban. This contradictiv? is it possible International regulation for cryptos?

Joachim Wuermeling, a member of the board of Germany's Bundesbank, has suggested that any attempt to regulate cryptocurrencies would require international cooperation. Speaking at an event in Frankfurt on Jan. 15, the director told listeners:

"Effective regulation of virtual currencies would therefore only be achievable through the greatest possible international cooperation, because the regulatory power of nation states is obviously limited.”

That would be impossible because if most of the countries agreed into one cryptocurrency regulations it wont do any good to most of us.Why? what if the china and other countries has agreed to put 30% tax to miners?do you think it would be fair to the countries that has high electricity rates?NO,that wont be equal thats why regulations must be different in every country.

I fully agree that regulation is necessary. But regulation should not be at the state level. because now the regulation of financial resources is not carried out at the state level. The regulation is carried out by the Federal Reserve Fund, and as we know it belongs to individuals

It wont happen, different races and different places has different point of views regarding the use of cryptocurrencies, some countries find it a big threadt and others sees it as a good opportunity,we have different laws to abide in every countries, thats a very good example which you cant changed, for example abortion in china is legal where to our country which is catholic country it wont be tolerated.

I think it won't be happen, because some countries follow their regulations and laws and they support it. But other they were believed and accepted Bitcoin in their countries. We have different perspectives so we must understand their policies as well because others cannot know the life in crypto.

Different countries have different laws to abide which makes sense, because in some countries the things you are doing in your country which is legal might be illegal to others for example, using marijuana? there are some countries that doesnt restrict people to use marijuana but in most of the countries using it is enough reason to put you in jail.

It is impossible to regulate a decentralised movements like crypto blockchains, DAG or other called crypto structures where many people believe in.

This game will be won by those countries which will become real crypto nations like Switzerland.

That is not a good idea, people have different pont of views and countries has different traditions. For example you are in your country and the illegal drugs there might be not illegal here in my country, that is the differences between each culture,so im sure it wont work if an international regulation would be implemented.

Let me translate that in non-political economic terms : A single democratic country wouldn't be able to harness the power of taxes completely without seeking an international support so they have "something in common" to slap the citizens with a new law that would steal their crypto earnings in form of savings. If he does it alone, his citizens would have something to whine about.Doing it with everybody else promotes democratic ways of dealing with stuff ie stealing taxes if not supporting the greater cause.

yes i think there are some all in one compliant and regulated projects coming up that let us trade cryptos and invest in icos and will do kyc and also deduct taxes from each users profits, these platforms will be legal globally as they will have the record for each user, making cryptos and their trading 100% compliant and legal worldwide.

This topic raised got me really thinking. Not thinking about the regulation perse but the modalities that it should be hanging on. I mean should it be internationally or by individual countries.

If it is internationally done , is it going to be like jus cohen- an international agreement and practice , so that new intakes will be adopted into it by registration. Then, it could be named like G20 (for instance) or C40 ? .

To me, an international regulation is highly possible to fail because crypto is decentralized.

Then, if it goes the way of individual countries, well  this could be monitored because it is close, through local banks and financial agencies especially when huge and traceable withdrawal are made.

I therefore think that individual regulation could come close.

this will be a long debate, because each country has different interests what else is concerned with crypto. but if in all countries have legalized bitcoin. of course international regulations for crypto could happen. and maybe this will take a long time. maybe I think 10 or 20 years to come.

Regulation by government is highly difficult not impossible . But Crypto community regulation is possible . atleast there should be some proper medium for new project announcement and ICO comes under some rules It should cover investor perspective as well as Project vision that can be achievable by short time. Hope alreaduy COMSA and KickICO are exists . Hope these project will make crypto as most trustable.
