XFX RX 470 8gb low hash rate

hy guys,i am mining etherum with this  rig with a total hash rate of 128.556 Mh/s with Claymore's Dual Ethereum+Decred_Siacoin_Lbry_Pascal AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v10.1. i know the gpu`s can do more but i don`t find nothing clear about this gpu`s online.
Rig configuration:
-motherboard: Biostar tb85
-chipset: intel pentium 3.20Ghz

if you can do 128.556 Mh/s with your rig with one card...i have to say thats something or you using 2-3-4-5-6-7-8 cards in your build ?

i think he has 6 well i tried to oc but didnt get more than 27.2 mh in dual and single mining, as the only thing i set the memory at 2100, when modifying timings hash rate drops to 22
