Yeah, LA is definitely my focus right now. After we get rooted in LA, other cities and states will follow suite.

i see alot of hard work and intellect put into this project but it still is missing many aspects and even a soft launch would help it out! the cannabis industry is still growing and with some good PR im sure you could make a few tight bonds and possibly get this project up and off the ground and push it to a new level!
but honestly time is never a good friend of smaller projects and it seems always to suppress them and punish them , and that is unfortunate...
so in the last words..... unfortunately bigger is better in size wise of a project  giving it a better chance of survival...
over the last 9 years this has been proven time and time again...
this is just a word for thought and my perspective based on times passed and present!
any idea when you will be letting go of the source? and what advancements will be on the table in the near future?

It's actually live right now, you can mine it. We initiated a test launch yesterday. I have the Mac and Windows wallet available for download on the Discord Channel.

Here's where the project is currently at:
-Windows Wallet (complete)
-Mac Wallet (complete)
-Linux Wallet (complete)
-Raspberry Pi Wallet (complete)
-Android Wallet (85% complete)

-Block Explorer (Need this- working on it)
-Exchange Listing (Need this)
-ICO Escrow (Need this - still shopping around, open to suggestions)

Once the android app is finished, I begin demonstrating the coin to local dispensaries. I already have contacted a few who are interested in seeing the coin demo'd.

*Edit: Also for Linux Users, I put in a few bash scripts to automate the dependencies and compiling. Also put in a script to automate the mining install + activation. These are in the scripts folder inside the MotaCoin repo.

hi dev, i checked out your linux scripts, nice idea.... but you are linking everything statically to what is on your computer and it is still missing of few details in them.
like i said it is a nice idea but those that try the scripts will find themselves a bit strangled trying to get them to work when on a different machine and with different dependancies already installed while trying to use only what you put in the scripts....
not every linux user is able to decipher what is missing and you should actually link this to a few distros ,as only a few will work with those scripts, based on debian  aimed at ubuntu i presume!
slackware fedora BSD ext are absolutely outside of those scripts so informing the users would simply be better

I'm aware of it's limitations, it's there for the people who installed a fresh copy of Ubuntu. If you're using a VPN or something, you're gonna have to modify the script a little. There's been a number of people who have used it and it helped them, its just there to help out people who are new to Ubuntu or Linux. To run the script as is, you need Ubuntu. If you have a modification you purpose I'm open updating the script.
