The most popular (and easiest) option is most definitely Coinbase (https://www.coinbase.com), but lately, they were caught having some dirty business practices (http://bitcoinist.com/coinbase-missing-funds-legal-action/), so the next best alternative is probably Coinmama (https://www.coinmama.com).

PayPal explicitly prohibits any transaction involving Bitcoin. So think twice before buying/selling Bitcoin using PayPal otherwise you might lost your PayPal account.

These suggestions are great, but they actually don't help the original poster (javaepp) unless you know where javaepp lives.

Each Bitcoin exchange only operates in one or a handful of countries. So if you don't know where javaepp lives you can't recommend a bitcoin exchange that will work for him/her. You're just sharing the exchanges that you use...which is interesting, but not helping javaepp.

So, javaepp, what country do you live in? Tell us that and we can narrow down the list for you.

Btw, buying Bitocin via PayPal is incredibly risky. You can get scammed very easily.

xcoins.io has work for me the few times I used them. Never sold only bought. But like was said before without knowing where you are from none of these might work for you.

I buy btc with my credit card using https://cryptonex.org service. Here's what one needs to do:

1. Select a cryptocurrency and its amount on the website https://cryptonex.org or in your backoffice https://wallet.cryptonex.org
2. Specify your wallet address. (If you don't have a wallet address, register on https://wallet.cryptonex.org The wallet address can be found on the Deposit->Bitcoin tab. Copy the wallet address and paste it into the form).
3. Enter the bank card details.
4. Go through a simple verification.
You will receive notifications to the specified email address, check the mail.

Pay attention:
You can pay in any currency, exchange for USD or EUR is made at the rate of your bank.
The first purchase is from $50 to $10000. The daily limit is up to $20000. The monthly limit is up to $50000.

I heard that we can buy Bitcoin via Credit card or Paypal but how and where can I buy?

Hi javaepp,

Love this. We have constructed a tool just for you - we call it the Exchange Finder. There are many different exchanges offering credit card purchases. To find the right one for you, you need to answer the following questions (set out in the Exchange Finder):

Is it important for you that your exchange accepts card deposits? (Yes/No)
This is obviously a yes for you.

Is it important for you that your exchange accepts deposits of cryptocurrencies? (Yes/No)
If you currently have cryptocurrencies and just want to change your exchange, the new exchange must accept deposits of cryptocurrencies. Some exchanges only do Fiat-to-crypto and those exchanges are then not available to you.

Are you a US-based investor? (Yes/No)
Many exchanges prohibit US-investors.

What’s the highest fee you can accept to be charged?
Trading fees range from 0 to 20.00% (yeah you read that right, 20.00%). The lower fee you require, the fewer exchanges are available to you. Industry average is arguably around 0.25%.

Which cryptocurrencies do you want to trade?
A very important question of course. If it's only Bitcoin, it won't limit the selection much. But if you're interested in a specific Altcoin, there might just be a few exchanges out there offering trading.

So, my suggestion to you would be to complete the test the Exchange Finder, and then choose the highest rated exchange that matches with your answers (on the results page after having completed the test).

Good luck with your investments!

Coinbase (https://www.coinbase.com) is the best site to buy Bitcoin via Credit Card or Paypal.

Coinbase and PayPal? are you sure that's possible? I've never heard of that,
no places accept PayPal because it's so easy to take the money back I think.

it's possible to use various sites to buy giftcards and trade for crypto but that's with a high markup and not really viable for big amounts!

5 EUR free crypto on signup! XCM exchange token ⚜⚜⚜  CoinMetro - Copy Trading - Margin - 0% maker fee  ⚜⚜⚜ - generate €500 volume in July for a chance to win €100!
