How to launch a project？

Launching an ICO is not a easy task. It can't be excuted with just a vague thought.
To launch an ICO, most important thing is to give a shape to your Idea. First,you should prepare a website with all the details about your project. Then You should annonce about your coin on ANN thread on Bitcointalk forum and then prepare the whitepaper, Road map of your project.

To launch an ico with out a plan, a white paper and a team plus a fund is like hitting the air with no targets. If i read some ICO’s white paper and their road maps, i wonder how long they been planning or working on their plans before it came to a printed black n white. How much they’ve put out on it and how many people involve in the team: before they came up to the idea. Its not easy.

if your have funds and manpower , before starting excution  you should set your goal than plan and schedule your project

You will definitely need an ICO agency for that. They'll handle all the marketing process, all organisation, legal questions,  you just continue developing your project.
