SIA definitely has a very promising technology and an increasingly optimistic community. I always advise that miners/investors partake in projects that they truly believe in. For the case of SIA, I find the technology very promising and rewarding. One option you might consider is dual mining Eth + Siacoin. This could be a great way to hedge your bets while deciding if Siacoin makes sense for your mining rig. After some testing, you could decide what to do full-time going forward. After Batman released asics for the production of SIA all who use GPU can forget about this coin. My opinion. Of course you can wait for the pump but even this will not make the production of SIA GPU cost-effective. Now there is a large selection of other coins. Why would you play roulette?

SIA mining still largely profitable if you have cheap power or the newest ASICS.

I am running 40 A3's @950GH/s | 1220w and still pulling a nice profit.

Bullish on SC reaching 0.1$ as it gains more adoption and use.
