It remains to be seen what can be the final resolution that SEC will eventually offered to the cryptocurrency movement. Eventually, they will really have to come up with something on this issue if they are not thinking of banning the whole thing following the course of action made by China. I am then hoping that instead of a big ban there would be a strict regulatory framework which all participants have to follow religiously. US must study on how the Japan government treated this whole thing and I am sure they can learn a thing or two and be one of the main leaders in the crypto world...this is a good opportunity to establish a forefront but we know that USA SEC can also be shooting its own feet in the name of protecting the people from supposed harm based on the way they are seeing things.
