Many factors are pushing the prices down. For instance the products have no value, over 90% of ico failed. Crypto buble has been exploded, we need more time for market get healthy again.

The reason for the price drop is the people will not accept their investment for long term while it being get withdrawal in short time the value will affected by that this will be the main reason the cryptocurrency are dropping so much very quickly.

Most of altcoins must leave from the bitcoin domination. that's not a problem when they are having a pair with stable crypto but this will be much better rather than following bitcoin. Become independent will be more suitable to get the best price for altcoin. price will determine from the development result.

The investors are decreasing I guess? People is very essential and investors are people around the world who support the projects in the market. They are very essential as they are those who states the market price of the cryptos.

I think the decline in the number of investors is not the main factor that makes crypto prices fall, it looks like the price of crypto drop is caused by many people selling their coins after high price increases at the end of 2017, because the drastic decline made investors hesitant to return to investment, this made crypto prices difficult to recover

Either a coin pumps or it dumps, there is usually a reason behind it.
That reminds me of a friend, who usually ask whenever a coin is moving uptrend, he would ask, "what is pumping, that particular coin".
So there is usually a news and as we have been using, an update.
Imagine what happened to ethereum early this month. The announcement if hardfork pumped it, while it postponement caused the dump.

its not always true when bitcoin drop then all coins will drop too. market for altcoins and bitcoin is different, you must know it, every coins has their market, volume transaction, and volume coins his self. case when bitcoin and other coins drop too that just global problem

Investors are holding useless coins, the market is oversaturated, technology has lagged a bit in development. What else could be expected in such conditions, only prolonged bears.
