Bitconnect has been known here as a scam coin, so i think that the developers finally realize that its time to abandon the project and get all the money of its investors.
If you read the news article from the internet about Bitconnect, Bitconnect closes its entire operation leaving you guys with nothing, totally a waste of time if you consider to be part of this ponzi coin.
Seems like law officers and regulators has been cracking up bitconnects operation thats why it decided to shutdown its operation today.

Texas and Carolina regulators have already sent them 2 cease and desist letter, both stated that BitConnect was engaging in the sale of unregistered securities tied to a token sale. Their lending service will shut down immediately while the exchange will shutdown in 5 days. BCC is so screwed that I doubt it got the change to recover.

The site BitConnect.co will continue to work as a wallet. The loan program and the exchange are closed. The reason was two official decrees on the termination of activities from the state regulators of Texas and North Carolina.

In actual this coin was getting rank at higher level and was use for the lending program in the investment site of the bitconnecet.co , so its demand was high , but due to many force on the team of the bitconnecet , the team closed Thier lending program system and also they are looking to close the exchange at the site but now they decided to continue the exchange of btc to BCC at Thier official site and also they are going to improve the bitconnecet coin market by Thier ICO investment in bitconnecet x , where they gaves a better value for 1 BCC = 120$+ .
Here I don't think there was anything big wrong because if it was anything wrong then surely the site goes out with all of our money and nothing we will get , so I think here currently it is better time to invest BCC to get profit in future.

It's over when they announced their exit scam yesterday, I don't know why the price still climbing at this moment, seems like there's some stupid people who still believe in bitconnect. They closed their lending program so that's the end of bitconnect, time to sell your bag if you have any and recoup some of your losses.
