I'm curious what keeps you long term investors in the game during times like today. Why wouldn't you sell out of your stash, and wait for a bottom to reinvest?

While I can understand some of you have a substantial amount of BTC, others simply have 1 BTC or less and will continue to ride the ship to the bottom of the ocean.

I'm not looking for an argument, just a simple one liner giving your number one reason for your steadfast resolve.

For me it is not about price at all. I simply do not want US dollars or other fiat currencies. Losing millions in USD is of no concern as long as my bitcoin is safe.

Because in a traders point of view, selling at the bottom is the worst decision you could make. And knowing that chances are that price will rise in the future, it's pretty much common sense that you should buy the dips. It's just simply the "Buy low, Sell high" golden rule.

because we go through this every few months and it recovers every. single. time.
And yes this would be the true except for the numbers that must tell lies.

Was you the one giving me abuse when I was warning people here that putting
a stop-loss on at $10,000 might be a god plan or was it you telling me to "Buy on the dip"
when BTC was last at $17,000

The only thing here that's been stable is the $30 Tx fees for about the past 6 weeks
and you wonder why people are getting out and won't be coming back or do you think
they didn't mind being mugged by miners who are desperate to continue playing
CPU-War with each other.

Tulips kept recovering until they didn't

Mining is CPU-wars and Intel, AMD like it nearly as much as big oil likes miners wasting electricity. Is this what mankind has come too.

So you spent millions $$$ buying BTC knowing that it could crash just as easy as it jumped up ?

Don't let me argue with you, not many millionaires here so clearly you must be smarter than me
because i am a sucker and believe everything that I read !

Millionaires are not smarter than you. It's true that I have made millions but it's also true that they mean nothing to me. I am here to bring financial fairness to markets bring fair money to people. Everything else is negotiable.  F#c!< money, freedom is what counts.

No i was not the one giving you abuse?

i don't really care about bitcoin but if you think the market won't recover (especially eth) then you are mistaken
