Hey Guys,

Yobit has ripped me 1.5 ETH with with XIOS deal. They seem to purposely sell coins that have been forked to new name. Later when you notice that those coins are worth nothing and want to sell them then you have to pay 100% Fee for those coins. Means you sell to next and get 0 for that.
Orders :

With Balance :

With XIOS, they ignored XIOS letters and the snapshot on 05.01. Basically they did not remove XIOS after that and deleted the orders in system. You will have to stick with you XIOS and get nothing for that.

I would like to seek legal help here. If anybody has some experience or may help then please PM me. This is not acceptable at all and we should fight things like that.

Please be aweare of those guys. They seem not to care about customers and just steal your hard earned money for their wicked pleasures.

Best regards,

Eda

How is this YoBit's fault? Did they automatically convert your ETH into XIOS? While I am not a fan of YoBit, how are you calling this a scam accusation when YOU initiated the exchange? It's up to you to do your research on altcoins before you decide to buy them, regardless of how much the site pushes it. If YoBit never promised a return on these coins, which I'm sure they did not, then ultimately, this is your fault for picking up a shitcoin in the first place.

YoBit did nothing wrong, and they didn't scam anyone. You scammed yourself. It would be ideal to move on. You lost on this deal, so don't try to put blame on someone that didn't do anything wrong.
