Hi, in the process to move all my BTC from one wallet to another, I selected MAX for the amount to be sent and did broadcast the transaction however Electrum did include an incoming transaction which was not yet confirmed (unconfirmed parent) and now it seems my transaction cannot get confirmed because one the source has an unconfirmed parent and I cannot do a thing about it, I cannot do a child pay for parent for that transaction anymore so what should I do ? Can someone kindly advise.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

you said "from one wallet to another", if you own the other wallet then you still can use CPFP but you will have to pay a huge fee because that new transaction has to cover the cost of 3 or 4 transactions and with the current 510 Satoshi/Byte[1] that can be huge.

an easier yet hard solution is to try and use an accelerator [2] although that can prove more difficult because of how crowded everything is these days.

if you don't want this (spending unconfirmed tx) happens again, go to your preference and from the "Transactions" tab select the last option "Spend only confirmed coins"

Actually, one wallet to another is not exactly correct, it is from my electrum wallet to my local exchanger so I am not sure what I can do now and I wished that "spend only confirmed coins" was the default in Electrum, I had like the first incoming transaction to be mined because I provided enough fees for my regular transaction...

Actually it seems the incoming transaction is slowly confirming so that should unblock everything.....I just need to be patient ^^
