I've made a wire withdraw request on Jan 6, then on Jan 10 they asked me to sign my wallet address, I replied in Jan 11 with my signed address and then haven't heard back since then (now the 17th). My withdraw request has been stuck in "processing" ever since. What's their response time now days? In Oct they used to reply around 1 or 2 days.

If anyone from Bitstamp reads this, my ticket number is 202240. I appreciate your help.

13 days now still nothing. I thought maybe my ticket got transfered to a very back logged KYC department so I sold some more coins yesterday and made another withdraw request hoping it would bump my ticket up since their initial support was just 4 days.

They say they are setting up a new call centre with more than 100 staff to deal with the backlog of problems.
