Need someone to somehow get information on somebody for me. All I have is his reddit username, somewhere between 18-22 Years old, lives in Pennsylvania. If someone can somehow pull this guys name, phone number, social media, ANYTHING I will pay big money.
It would be fair to suggest you not to reveal the user id or the nature of your investigation publicly. That is if you are tracking down a scammer.
If it was the other way around, where you're planning a major phishing attempt then it'd definitely not be fair to the poor chap that's getting scrutinized.
Could you give us SOME details about WHY you need this done?

Tell me how are you planning to extract phone number from a Reddit account? The fact is, you can't. Someone would stake this user and use phishing, social engineering and various other methods to get his personal info out. This takes a lot of time.
And frankly, those $200 people are pinoys who can't even type a proper sentence. If the OP wants that, then they're welcome to try those services.
