It is possible to get a new JSON file for your existing wallet on MEW? I can't find my file. I maybe permanently deleted it.

Alas, if you deleted the file from the computer, you can not not like, do not panic, remember, maybe you wrote down a private key, somewhere? if you find something you can use it, and so you need to make duplicates on a removable disk, I have a separate removable drive, where only the crypto currency is stored

If you have a private key - I advise you to create new mew and send your eth/tokens from you old mew to new one.
But without private key or json+password, you can get access to your wallet.

I would in your place have found the secret key, went into the old wallet brought everything to a new purse and forgot about the old wallet

I still have my private key. But is the JSON file is hopeless?
