In some Asian countries bitcoin is very influential for people to invest. why it is still illegal for a particular country. to be more clear and can be received by the government like where?

as in Japan the world's highest bitcoin market share. his government applied bitcoin as a real transaction tool. and in malaysia also been in practice. for countries that are still illegal against bitcoin should apply that or legalize bitcoin as a secure digital currency to invest |

This has been discussed and told that bitcoin is illegal in some particular country because they don't want their citizen to engage in such coin that is being used to criminal activities. This is their belief since bitcoin has been used before to those activities that we can't deny but now there is another coin taking over that job that bitcoin took before. They don't understand that bitcoin is in a new level today and it's on the mainstream and is being use as store value and investment. |

China banned bitcoin because of their pride. If bitcoin was made from china then probably they will be the first to legalize the use of it. China and North Korea has the same mind set in terms of economy. |

The most likely answer is because they afraid that it might use in illegal activities such as money laundering, smuggling and even drugs but this could be prevented if just they will regulate it so that it transactions could be monitor in the local exchanges. The most known country that received or legalized bitcoin is of course in Japan because that country is the birth of place of Bitcoin. |

In my opinion, bitcoin is prohibited in some countries in Asia because the governments of each country are not yet ready to receive progress in the field of digital money. Just like in my country, bitcoin has not been appreciated by the government. They even ban sale and purchase transactions using bitcoin in the real world. The most important reason is the unclear bitcoin of origin and the very fluctuating price is not suitable to be used as a legal means of payment.

Not a surprising thing since we do all know that not all countries tend to accept bitcoin or deciding to adopt it because there are lots of various reasons why they wont consider such thing. Decentralized, Anonymous, Cant be Taxed, Will affect financial supply. |

It is based on the rulers of that countries,some leaders will take citizens benefit in their mind and allow bitcoin usage in their countries but some countries like China which only take care of the govenrment's income so they don't want bitcoin on their countries because bitcoin usage leads to no taxes for the governments.I think only China is totally against crypto currency but other countries are trying to implement taxes on bitcoin usages. |

because many asian goverment is to shy to act ! they confused for what a profit they can have, and still many corruption in some countries in asian bitcoin is decentralised currency, someone who want to control it will avoid it |

Its not the leadership actually but kind of government, if you are living in a democratic government were the platform is free enterprise most likely bitcoin is not illegal because the business is ownership by private entities in which the capitalization is own by private individuals and Bitcoin is considered a new business innovation and should be developed so that patrons is well protected against scam. While socialist or communist country like China is different because business is ownership by the government it would go against bitcoin because of the anonymity and decentralized nature of BTC, that would contradict government policy. |

Yes some country bitcoin still illegal for they country, because their government still not believe bitcoin, their government can't control bitcoin, the government afraid if bitcoin use for criminal transactions, some people can do money laundry in bitcoin. But is depend of the rules of that country, if the government allow that all, so bitcoin can legalized in that country. But for me bitcoin have negative and positive side.

I think you are comparing it to China. Yes Asian Market is very influential and it keeps growing. S.Korea are controling their citizen but i saw some news that makes me feel confuse as they keep on manipulating they create fud news, global market are affected but it says that if it keeps dumping then the opportunity is there buy while it's hot sell when it's profit! |

It's not totally illegal on "some" countries , and yet not implemented too but the government is still talking or debating regarding the bitcoin industry , they just wanted to spread awareness on the people who will invest on bitcoin. And I'm hoping that it would be legal and implemented , my country is philippines. |

I think the country Bangladesh and Nepal are the only countries banned the bitcoin in their countries but many Asian countries are in the legalization process so we have to wait for the respective governments to announce officially.In my knowledge there are only countries made bitcoin usage illegal in their countries. |

BTC value based on dollar and my currency are weak against dollar. My goverment think that if bitcoin increase up to $ 100.000 , our currency will experience inflation that's why they want have a meeting with G-20 member in this March-April so they can decide the manner for bitcoin ! |

BTC value based on dollar and my currency are weak against dollar. My goverment think that if bitcoin increase up to $ 100.000 , our currency will experience inflation that's why they want have a meeting with G-20 member in this March-April so they can decide the manner for bitcoin ! What will change if bitcoin is recognized by governments? Do you think inflation will stop? No. Bitcoin is the verdict of the existing global financial system. I think that governments of countries belonging to the G20 there is no way of combating the spread of cryptocurrency. They sit on two chairs.
