I find it quite interesting but how to prove that those random picks are provably fair.

Very interesting name for a site but it makes it's intentions quite clear with it, never the less.

I like that many more casinos that are coming out are beginning to realize that people are wanting to spend other alt coins they hold rather than their bitcoin because of the amount it costs to send them in the place is sometimes more they are willing to send over to these new crypto gambling sites so to test them out and see if they like the site or not.
Because I won't be sending more than 2mbtc to a new site and in the end it costs 1mbtc to send it in transactions fees alone.

You may bet several positions, than more you close - than more your probability to win... Also, you may ask to play your friend in same game and someone from them will win

What random method do you use to select the winner? I cant find a clear detail on how you select the winner, does it mean that the draw is not verifiable which is = not provably fair? I doubt you will get good traffic if you have no provably fair system because most people will think that there is a big chance to be cheated on your game.

Game itself is some sort of lottery with one winner. Minimal bet is 0.00001 BTC up to 0.001btc which is fine for new, at the moment untrusted site, and because you are taking commission on withdrawals you can run this without your bankroll which is in my opinion nice idea.

But I see certain issues with your site:
1)You don't use SSL
2)Security is on very poor level(no 2fa, email verification etc)
3)Game is not provably fair

Before you allow deposits work on things mentioned above, do it ASAP, and I would suggest you to escrow some funds before you get some trust here.
