Bitcoin Nasty Run Recovery error

Running Windows 7, I've uninstalled and reinstalled(backed up encrypted wallet Cheesy

) I still recieve the same error. Is it possible that bitcoin leaves some broken file behind upon uninstall?

try deleting the database folder in AppData\Roaming\Bitcoin
