I just can't get my head around why I keep getting the temptation to sell eachand every one of my Bitcoins today.... is it anything to do with the inches of super panicky chicken little threads smothering every page of every sub-forum? No, can't be. Oh well, best to sell anyway! Instincts never lie

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! With Bitcoin-Qt, it needs to be backed up at least as often as every 100 transactions (both sends and receipts) or new addresses.

I was trying to lay on as much incontrovertible sarcasm as possible, but it turns out the rumours are true, sarcasm doesn't communicate itself on the internet.

Just thought it was a little too coincidental that lots of newbies were reporting all sorts of different problems all over every sub-board on the whole site.
