Items are shipped through a wholesaler/dropshipper. Through my wholesaler acount, I have access to a number of products that can be shipped directly to you, at what is hopefully a reasonable price. Many of these items will be cheaper if you purchase them at the store, however prices are generally higher to cover shipping, and the fact that most grocery stores do not accept BitCoins.
