Hello,


1 week ago i transferred via SEPA 100 euros to my account in Bitpanda! i have the receipt and my bank confirmed my transaction but from bitpanda they say that they have not got any money!
I did send them the receipt showing that from my part i did everything correct! But the last message i got from them was that to ask from my bank a refund!!!

I will move legally against them if they do not change their attitude, and not refund my money, but I am pretty annoyed that this happened!!!

has this happened to anyone else?

I have used BITPANDA about 2 or 3 times in the past both for deposits and withdrawals.
I did have an issue once before and if i remember correctly i made a silly mistake where i made the initial deposit setup on bitpanda and then cancelled it
I then made a second deposit setup but sent the sepa payment with the first deposit setup reference.
That was a stupid mistake but it was all sorted out in the end after a few days.
There has to be something in error somewhere,
I have never read negative news about bitpanda,
they are not going to scam you for 100€

Sometimes banks mess up and transactions show up late, very late. If the suggested solution was to request a refund then I think it is the best option. No point moving legally for 100 EUR. Either request a refund or wait a little more. The money might show up or be returned on its own if you entered the banking details wrong.
