Can't send Armory transaction because the button: "continue" does not respond.

Priority is to send BTC's from Armory to another wallet.

Problem is that I can't send the transaction because the button: "continue" does not respond.

The node is offline but Armory is online. The balance is visible in a Watching only wallet.

I start an offline transaction on my online computer (Watching only wallet).
In "enter recipients" I flilled in all the necessary things.

But the button "continue" does not respond and there no pop-up screen, no warning, nothing.

(On offline computer is Armory version 0.90-beta on Lubuntu
and on online computer is Armory version 0.96.1 on Win 7.)

Can anyone help me out?

I'm having a bit of trouble interpreting you right, but it seems that you want to sign/make a transaction from a watch-only wallet, which isn't possible.

I start an offline transaction on my online computer (Watching only wallet).

Watch only wallets only keep track of balances, you still need the private key to make a transaction. ( Which is something that is missing with a watch only wallet)

No not true, first you create an offline transaction on the online computer.
There are several steps in the process to do this with a watching only wallet.
Look to this tutorial.

On 3:44 min. he clicks on the button: "create unsigned transaction" and goes further.....

In version 0.96.1 the same button is now called: "continue", but mine does not respond....which is the problem I want to solve.

There are new versions of Armory out... that fix a lot of the issues that were plaguing the older versions (especially, if your node is a new version of Bitcoin Core v0.15+). Also, even if you do manage to get your unsigned transaction created, there is a high chance you will run into issues if your Online and Offline versions of Armory are not identical. Goatpig has mentioned it several times that they should be in "lock step"... generally, the offline wallet will refuse to sign transactions made with a different online version etc.
