Meet the Grain advisors: Temme SikkemaIn the first edition of this new series, we’d love to introduce our advisor Temme Sikkema.
Temme is an IT auditor and an assistant professor at the University of Groningen. He helps GRAIN implement a control framework, in order to attain information security certifications.
GRAIN wants to demonstrate compliance with its partners’ objectives with regard to information security and privacy regulations and intends to have both its technological framework and the surrounding control environment audited with a yearly frequency. Temme will help us implement all the relevant controls that are necessary for achieving a CSA STAR Level 1 registration and ultimately SOC2®-assurance (to be issued by an independent global audit firm).
We’re happy to have him on board. His expertise will go a long way in making GRAIN a secure, compliant and trusted solution. Onno Hektor (CEO of Grain) explains:

That makes him the perfect match for GRAIN to help make it a reliable, secure and auditable business tool.”
