Dear Community members, Im looking for fiat exchanges, where you have control of your private keys. Something like blockchain.info

Lets say ethereum and bitcoin is kind of easy to find (but still can offer), but how about XRP, NEO, DASH, LTC?

Please DO NOT offer, exchanges where is no FIAT INTEGRATION. Im also looking exchanges where you always have your personal wallet (for example to participate in ICO)

Thanks in advance!

UPDATE:

Looking for exchanges where you dont have access to private keys, but still have a personalised wallet and can participate in ICO.

Like blockchain.info and spectrocoin.

Still, fiat integration is needed.

I think the best option for you is Waves. It has a personal wallet, a decentralized exchange, fiat money integration and a tab where you can create your own token. Also, you have full control of your private keys on Waves. I suggest you to check it out.
