anyone have gotten some schematics or some tips how to bring to life boards thay shows in miner but dont hash?.

no boards whit "x" on them, only "0",should be some easy workaraund maybe?

While there are schematics and repair protocols, none of them are easy or intuitive. IF the fix was easy it would already be out in the wild for everyone to use.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

What you describe sounds to me like an undervoltage problem. The chips are alive but are returning nothing but garbage because they're not getting enough voltage under load.
