I heared some of my friends that they automaticly banned  in BCT because they are from philippines I'm Here too in philippines but i'm not banned.
Is there any reason why they banned? He said when he singup here he used psiphone or known as a VPN.Even if he turned of his VPN he's still banned.

That's because there's so many shitposters in the Philippines that have dozens of accounts banned for various rule breakings and when they do any connection they used is blacklisted. Find a connection that isn't banned or just pay the fee.
