I am a member of a fraternity lodge and we need to raise funds to pay for our building expenses. We are planning to hold bingo games for that purpose and invite people of the neighborhood. Our lodge is registered as a non-profit organization and resides in Maywood , California. Are we required to obtain a permit from the city in order to do so?
