Is the code alphanumeric or just numbers?  2 letters at the start & finish would designate it EMS

Received a telegram today,  package arrived two weeks ago and got stuck at the customs, the tracking code changed for some reason...

what is the declared value in the package? I remember something about $250, and used that value. I hope it works
