In my opinion, the best strategy is to keep at least until the program is released and promoted. And even better results can be brought by waiting until it becomes quite popular, globally popular.

Indeed, they are almost near to their hard cap because they already collected 70%. Which means that a lot of people now are interested and engaged with this project. yes of course it's good when the project has a video presentation. But it does not reveal all the advantages of the project. it is desirable to make a video when there are small changes in the project. So it will be clearer to users.
