They use the excuse of "platform bugs" to conveniently screw up orders and effectively steal money.

I'd only heard about the platform by word of mouth and hadn't done much research, wish I had and I would have known to steer well clear of these clowns, they operate like a bucketshop.

Stretching lows and somehow magically hitting stop orders when the lows(in this case) haven't actually gone near the order price.

Adding to that the ability to cancel incorrect orders is very ropy and the customer support is actually non existent.
The super low fees should have been a huge red flag!

I doubt I'm alone in this experience...
