I dont understand.. I've got 0 Graft even I have mined over 10 minutes... What am I doing wrong?

My run file:
".\ccminer-x64.exe" -a cryptonight -o stratum+tcp://mine-graft.uax.io:6667 -u GRAFTWALLETADDRESS -p x

My graft wallet address is correct, but should I put my graft wallet password instead of x? I dont understand the "-p x" parameter

I had the same issue but I was use ".workername" after my wallet address, as a test I removed it and got shares accepted almost immediately.
