Ok so I'm trying to hook up a 2nd GPU via PCIE x1 to PCIE x16 riser. When Either GPU is plugged directly into the board x16 slot they work and mine fine. When I add the additional card (one card in board x16 and one connected to riser) I cant get display connecting to the x16 card but I can get display from the riser card. But then when I try to mine it cant find my GPU's. and will only mine via CPU (xmr stak win64). Both cards show up in the device manager but with exclamation error. I have tried clearing the drivers and reinstalling them multiple times with each card connected directly to x16 slot and I'm still having issues..

I have a XFX Radeon RX 460 4gb and an ASUS OC Radeon RX 560 4gb

(I'VE SPENT HOURS ON THIS PLEASE SAVE ME)

This is the bitcoin mining section. Try the altcoin section to get answers.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.
