I have mining rig with 4 5870. It worked for about 1 month without any problems.
But now looks like flgrx can't initialize one card.

Ubuntu 11.04 amd64

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I've solved this issue by changing "PCI:3:0:0" -> "PCI:6:0:0"
Don't know why is it happend.
