I have mining rig with 4 5870. It worked for about 1 month without any problems.
But now looks like flgrx can't initialize one card.

Ubuntu 11.04 amd64

I've solved this issue by changing "PCI:3:0:0" -> "PCI:6:0:0"
Don't know why is it happend.
