Looking for a development board to learn FPGA programming on. Must give access to most pins of the FPGA and have a JTAG interface. I remember some people were mining on acceptable boards a while ago, but don't remember what they were called.

If you have one, make me an offer.

I assume this means you don't want one that requires the full license to code for?

The bulk of the FPGA miners were Spartan 6 LX150 chips, which require the full ISE license at around $3k to write unrestricted bitstreams for.

Your best bet is probably one of the intro FPGA kits with a bunch of LEDs/switches/etc, and most of them have some RAM onboard as well.

Need high quality, rack mountable GPU clusters for OpenCL work or password auditing?  http://www.stricture-group.com/
