Yes I searched before posting and no, I couldn't find anything.


So, A or B ?

I like B better because:
  • It's one less connection in the chain, so one less source of problem
  • It's not powered
  • Blue looks good Grin

What's your take?

There are a few possible scenarios about your choice Smiley

A might going to work with your motherboard and B is not
B might going to work with your motherboard and A is not
A and B might not going to work with your motherboard at all
A and B might going to work with your motherboard without any problem

B

You dont need to power m.2 adapters if you are using powered risers.

I have 3 Asus Prime Z270-A 9 card rigs, I use both spare slots on the boards with type A M2 adapters. I don't power them with the cable supplied. They work fine just plugging in and powered from the riser.

I can conform that A works with asus z270a, but not all of A work. Buy more, try them.

Yea the white pcb with white leds. You dont need the power lead they provide though but if you want to use it then its works with it too.
