it is been 3 hours and still i haven't got the bitcoins to my wallet. i sent a mail to satoshibox and no response till now

I use satoshibox since a 4 month and never face problems with withdraws.
Yesterdar I request withdraw through LTC and Doge and when the time to process the payment to my wallet was finish the money was not sent.
I sent email to admin but he doesn't reply...

Anyone face the same problem?
What should I do now?

With the amount of complaints and the kind of mocking support responses I see, I think it's better to stay away from this site. And also because site shows 504 error!

I don't see any 504. Nevertheless If you have some problem please we have official email (info@satoshibox.com) or contact form support, we don't do support on forums regularly.

How long does it take to receive funds after sale?

in some sales the buyer claims that he send the payement and I receive it 2 days later.
other sales you receive payments within few hours...

Nice simple concept! Are you considering to add support for other coins? Bitcoin not really the best choice for micro transactions
