seems like everything is messed up,
we can not find the block and also we can not access the website.
the dev need to solve it as soon as possible,
it's ridiculous to see it because we could see that the block already mined by them a 'bit' much from the start.
but when it's live,everything is messed up.

Give them time, doesn't look like a daily released sh*t coin. Don't understand how you can use the words like ridiculous when its just that they have launched their ANN a few hours back. I see you are a Hero member, people would give lot of importance to those rankings, just don't create fud even before there's anything reasonable going on with the product yet. Bring your concerns, give them sometime, and if they don't respond then you can use some not so bad adjectives.

We released this project to support our original project. The original project was to develop a node consensus (Proof Of Presence). The idea is to use only network without using PoW or PoS. So no power consumption will be used. No power hash race.

Yes, until 14 February 2018. We want to open for public to hold some wmcc before we listing wmcc on exchange. The wmcc are from 20M block genesis. All unsold wmcc will be burned.

I do not understand. When I started to exploit (the system selected a wallet in my "Address Book" for mining), after a few minutes I received a message to find a block, I checked and received in the "Total received" and "Final Balance" is 50 wmcc. However, I did not find it moved into my wallet, after 15 minutes I decided to turn off the mining, and turn it back on. The result was unexpected, I did not see coin anymore. DEV please explain to me?

It a steal. When 2 miners found same block. One will be rejected and other will accepted. The coin maturity is after 100 blocks. It seem other miner are accepted by networks. So the coins will be on 'steal status". You can check this at Wallet > Transaction Record > Pending Transaction

I've been mining for about 7 hours, and I get 100 wmcc, whereas I see history, there are those who get > 5k wmcc. And I do not understand why, because I do not even know if my CPU is connected to the mine or not, and connected to how many %?

because the fish can not mine it and completely wasting their time.
i run it for a hours and get nothing.
