Not sure what is going on. Got the same exact setup working perfectly fine on various different boards but the SLI keeps giving me this weird ass issue.

Rig randomly cuts power during mining on Windows, sometimes it will restart or just abruptly cut power. I have six 1060 6gb's, 850w PSU and 4gb ram.
Virtual memory is increased aswell.. I would love to get some help with this.

Just curious to know how you tracked it down to the culprit being the motherboard.

I've had some similar issues but I assumed it was because I was mistakenly powering them through a splitter, moved them off that and it hasn't happened since so we'll see I guess but I am running the same board as you.

He says, "Got the same exact setup working perfectly fine on various different boards but the SLI keeps giving me this weird ass issue."

and it make sense.

 I remember reading somewhere to disable the SLI Feature of the board, might help, just in case.

got around 10-12 setup 6 gpu rigs of 1060s. same setup but just this one weird error on the SLI.

I have so far;
enabled ''windows'' as my OS on the SLI board.. hopefully that works. Anyone familiar with this?

Yeah when I first boot up the rig without GPU's installed to flash the BIOS (which make sure you're on version v1.8 ) I also set the following:
  • OS settings: disable Windows 7, enable Windows 10
  • Settings > Advanced > PCI subsystem Setting: PEG 0 and PEG 1 set to Gen1
  • Above 4G Decoding (cryptocurrency mining) should be set to Enabled

But I'm sure you've probably tried that as it's one of the first recommended steps to take with these boards

I am on a different bios setting.. I will do a CMOS reset and try once again.

My rig can run for 6-7 hours than it will shut off randomly/restart.
