I've reviewed and analyzed dozens, if not hundreds of ICOs over the past 4 years, and my conclusion is:

This thing is going to drop like a cold rock from outer space.

Too many buzzwords, catch phrases, instant application of blockchain technology to a "problem" that doesn't need a solution.

Plus, the whitepaper was published less than 6 months ago, and this thing has a multi-hundred million dollar market cap, yet only exists as a token?

Its too well polished to be anything other than.... polish.

I think that his behavior is ambiguous, more than PR at the entrance and promotion for different metap and conferences crypto-world, you can enter the regulars of the participants and appear in the language of investors, and periodically, then different pumping news will start to grow.

When moving IOST from MyEtherWallet do I need to specify a GAS limit since this coin isn't minable?

I've tried transferring it with the default gas limit provided by MEW but was unable to send coins since I don't have an ETH balance there (used to pay mining fees). Do I need to have ETH in my wallet to be able to transfer IOST?
