Create new coin, buy already existing one or neither is a good option

I want to migrate my company payments to cryto currency. I think of creating one for my company or just buying an already existing one (got an offer from a friend).
What is the best option create mine or buy?
We move about 100k monthly in international sales. Not really interested in the trading aspect of the coin but may consider it after consolidating the main objective.
Main objective is to facilitate instant payment while buying or selling our services and products.
