I have discovered to late I suppose the the website Freewallet.org is a SCAM!

I tried to deposit 2657 XEM to them and it never went through, but if I look at the txid that my exchange provided me it shows that it did go through, and if I look at my account through the explorer it shows that I made all of these transactions that I never in my life did! After further investigation I saw that they are trading my XEM and moving them around to different addresses, and I can't touch them! Then I had 200 LSK on their wallet and was able to withdraw 1 LSK but then when trying to withdraw the rest it says that its in process, but for what? I sent them a support ticket and so far no response. my 2005 STEEM is the same, just stuck in the wallet and not going anywhere, I can't touch it, I can't exchange it, I can't withdraw it. This website is a plain and simple SCAM please for anyone who is even thinking about using this website I understand that it looks tempting and that they can hold all these coins but the ugly reality is that they are scammers. There are more horror stories than mine and they all are much similar to mine, this website takes your money and talks to you once in a blue moon when you need there help only for them not to help you one bit. So please don't make the same mistake I did, I tried talking to them, sending countless support tickets and getting little to no responses back, DO NOT GO ON FREEWALLET.ORG THEY ARE A SCAM!

If I'm not wrong I think freewallet is a hosted one? And most hosted wallets store their users funds in a cold storage (at least it's what most of them claims) which is why when a user deposited X amount of funds, it'll be transferred to B address which they also own. In this case, It's for security reasons but there can be other reasons too such as organizing funds etc...

Anyways, Have you tried coordinating with their support team about this? You can try sending a PM to their staff here: Freewallet

I've PM'ed Freewallet (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1177176) about this issue. I hope he will respond/reply here asap since his last online activity was on january 18.  I've read/heard too many scam accusations against this wallet but I dont know if some of them got resolve and still the profile of freewallet's staff here has no negative feedback from anyone so I bet that they still responding the issues of their users.

Im in a similar situation. I dont know if theyre scammers but their customer and tech support sucks. I think the best thing we can do is keep posting, and telling all the steps we take to let the people know who they really are.

I hope that they solve your issue.

Yes it is as mentioned here.

If contacting freewallet account here didn't work, try sending a tweet to them (@freewalletorg). I saw that they are replying to concerns there, last reply Jan 19. Mention that you already sent a ticket and there's no reply so that they won't just say "submit a support ticket".

You'll have to contact freewallet about that. We can do nothing to help you.

I remember hearing back in the day that freewallet = minergate = bytecoin and all sorts of nonsense. So really their background is unclear. Since they don't provide you with your private key and they are a hosted wallet, you have no option but to contact their support in case something does go wrong with them.

In process usually means that they are either getting funds from cold storage, or reviewing the legitimacy of your transaction. The amounts involved aren't small so they probably want to double check that it's a legit withdrawal.

Looks like there are other people knows about your account and transfer to its account.. are you sure no one knows to your account?
If your computer is infected maybe some recording your history or key logs..But if you are virus protected in your machine i think there is suspicious here..
I never use their service since its not always recommended by other trusted users but i always seen this when searching for trusted wallet that can handle multiple coins..
I also saw this in playstore but i just ignore it because its not well known..
The only thing that can help you out is to contact their support.. try here https://twitter.com/freewalletorg

Decided to end it with zer0 profit.

Cryptomosh112, you submitted at least 4 different tickets (not to mention multiple follow-ups to them), ALL of which have been replied by various support reps. Sorry for not dropping you a line every now and then though: we don't have the luxury of casual chatting with our users as there are thousands of support tickets coming in every day and other people awaiting our assistance. Regarding the issues you mentioned:

1. Your XEM transaction
As our support team has already established, you either didn't include a message in your transaction, or provided an incorrect one. That's why your transaction got stuck at a service address and wasn't automatically routed to your account. We're already working on retrieving your coins; our support reps will notify you once your XEM are available on your balance.

2. Your LSK transactions
Both of your transactions, one for 1 LSK, another one for 199 LSK, were successfully completed.

3. Your STEEM transactions
We usually post a notification in the app about maintenance on this or that wallet: during such periods, some operations may be unavailable. Our Steem wallet is currently under maintenance; as soon as it's over, you'll be able to deliver the funds to the destination of your choice.
