KuCoin Share (KCS) bonus

Hi there,

I have been holding to my KCS for a week now, and have done several trades using my KuCoin account. However, I still don't see the bonus that I should receive from KuCoin exchange for holding on to KCS. What is going on ? Also not that I have only 1.998 KCS, thus is there a bare minimum that I need to have for the bonus to kick in? Thank you!

I still can not see the coins that I entered there. It's been 6 hours already, but there are no results. (1513 block confirmations) And support writes something about a big load.

had 13 coins of KCS on their platform and recieved bonus for 3 straight days which was nice. I have added to buy holdings during this dip, but the bonus has not been processed in a few days... not sure what to take from that.
