Dear friend!
I think:
+ Coin: Coin creat with core wallet: for example: BTC, LTC, DASH
+ Token: Run on platform: for example on Ethereum: ICON, Binance Coin, Kyber Network
+ Stackes: I don't know  Grin Grin Grin

I believe you wanted to write stakes no stackes.
Stakes mean that you will receive some % of all tokens divided per all participants in bounty.

For example if bounty will give 10000 tokens and you will receive 40 stakes and all of the rest participants receive in total 600 stakes you can calculate it in this way:
10000 (tokens) / 600 (all stakes) = 16,66 (this amount of tokens you will receive for each stake).
16,66 * 40 (your stakes) = 666,666 (that much you would receive tokens).

Anyway it is related to blockchain. All of them running on blockchain use some sort of tokens and having the understanding of the distinction helps. You can surf some forums to understand this more better.
