Redeeming BCC tokens from an unsynced wallet

Hi, wondering if anyone can help with a how to redeem BCC tokens that i sent to my Bitconnect QT wallet that was unsynced at time of transaction. I have the address and transaction id and can see my BCC in the address on chainz.cryptoid.info Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

You'll have to sync the wallet if there's no lite wallet.

thanks for your reply. i can no longer open the wallet , it was a bitconnect wallet and now when i go to open it says i dont have permission
