hi, i made a 41k + usd withdrawal request in btc and ltc and after writing you an email because it was pending after 24hrs you blocked my account, so i was not able to see my trade history or my withdrawal history. and i am still not able to login to my account after entering the 2FA key, this error message shows up "Whoops, looks like something went wrong. ".
How can we solve my problem?

I am in the same situation, fully verified account with funds in it. I can`t get in right now, not happy about it but i believe we should not jump quickly to accuse them of fraud, imagine how many mails they have to respond, let us just wait a bit. If not, then we can do a proper organized complain to the authorities.
