Has anyone been experiencing this lately?  I have opened up a ticket regarding my account verification, but no answer yet.  Created it back on Jan 6th.  till waiting the deposit verification.  I am afraid to open another ticket/account with fear of suspicious activity flags on their site.  Just seeing if anyone else had the same issues recently?

It's actually been over a month and they still haven't fixed this problem. See it here: https://status.coinbase.com/incidents/9ln67q05v3s5. If an incident has been resolved, It will be stated but it's not which means they still haven't fixed it. Here is an example of a resolved problem: https://status.coinbase.com/incidents/bg5tgnb05l7x

This confirms it at the current status page

Code: (https://status.coinbase.com)
ID verification --  Degraded Performance

And yes, you shouldn't send another ticket as this can further delay their response

Please submit only one ticket for your issue. Creating multiple submissions for the same issue will result in an additional delay.

With the rise of BTC, the amount of searches for Coinbase have also shot up.  If you do a Google Trends search for CB, it generally follows the price of BTC. (With the search comes new enrollments)

They have seen so many new accounts since Thanksgiving that they are backlogged. They periodically have ETH and BTC withdrawal issues as well.

You will get your account verified, just a matter of time.  You may want to look into the Gemini exchange as you can trade USD's for either BTC or ETH.
