I built my first mining rig from the ground up today using 2 HD6870 GPUs and plan on adding a 3rd in a few days but I am having issues getting gui miner to see the new cards?

its on a ASROCK|890GX motherboard

and I am trying to do this in Windows 7 with gui miner

and in device manager I can see the display drivers as loading the cards properly
but it still isn't loading in gui miner
or in amd overdrive

if I change the bios to default to pcie
then I do end up seeing one card but not both??

any suggestions or help would be much appreciated

Sounds like a Crossfire thing. Did you call Microsoft Support? Tongue Does it work under Linux? Smiley

In windows, you need to plug in a monitor or a dummy plug for guiminter to see your cards properly.

PM me if you need hosting for your FPGA or ASIC miner.  Secure, air conditioned facility... will beat competitor pricing.  Over 15 years in the hosting industry.
