Dont exchange Crypto for Cash. We have already seen many people to be in deep trouble for doing this. Exchange online to have a track of your transactions and pay proper tax on your profit. Play safe.

Without a chat system, how did u inform the buyer that u'll receive funds in PayTM and how did u communicate your PayTM wallet details to him/her?

He might the owner of that site so their is no need to chat himself, but show proof to others in such behavior. Scammer

Guys find someone who to sell your bitcoins for paypal amount. There are so many exchanges out there that provide this service.

you mean to sell it and receive USD?
you can look for major exchanges, I suppose Exmo is not indian exchange.

if you want to exchange it to other coins, like ETH (I did it at 12k of BTC) and I did it through coinmonkey exchanger, small but nice one.

This is the reason why govt want to ban. Use proper exchange.. pay your tax. And be on safe side.
