btb.cryptocoinexplorer.com is now working and seem bitbarpool.com forked at 20772 (PoS block in blockexporer, but solved as PoW in pool)

Yes it appears that pool is not on the official chain.  The block explorer, coinchoose and my client are all on the same last block: http://btb.cryptocoinexplorer.com/chain/BitBar

Vern do you have your ports open with over 20 connections on your pool clients?  Seems like the caps fork originated on your pool as well.  You can't run pools with only 5 peer connections..
