I mined with this card for about three months in a cool room.  Conservatively used, kept temperature at or below 70 C.  I easily got 625 Mh/s using the following cgminer flags:

Code:
--auto-gpu --auto-fan --temp-target 70 --gpu-fan 40-90 --gpu-engine 600-1100 --gpu-memdiff -150 -I 9

Includes the following accessories:
  • 6-pin PCI Express power adapter.
  • 8-pin PCI Express power adapter.
  • AMD Crossfire cable.
  • Mini-Displayport to Displayport adapter.

Unfortunately it has already been removed from the system and is packaged for shipping.  I assume the card must be installed to determine the firmware version, but if it helps, just above the PCIe connector the model number is printed as "GV-R795WF3-3GD REV2.0".  Does this help?

Edit: After some searching, I think you might actually be asking about the hardware version, which is indeed 2.0, rather than the firmware version.  Correct me if I'm wrong.  As I understand it, some of the earlier versions of this card were voltage unlocked, but this one appears to be one of the voltage locked versions.

Hrm. Too bad the auction doesn't mention it was used for mining. Now I have to bid against people who don't take that in to consideration and potentially will pay more than me.
